SUNSET GARDENS uses the information collected from you to provide quotations, make telephone contact and to email you marketing information which we believe may be of interest to you and your business. In you making initial consent to marketing contact from SUNSET GARDENS we shall maintain a marketing dialogue with you until you either opt out (which you can do at any stage) or we decide to desist in promoting our services. Some personal data may be collected about you from the forms and surveys you complete, from records of our correspondence and phone calls and details of your visits to our website, including but not limited to personally identifying information like Internet Protocol (IP) addresses. We may from time to time use such information to collect statistics about the behaviour of visitors to our website.
Any information SUNSET GARDENS holds about you and your business encompasses all the details we hold about you and any sales transactions including any third-party information we have obtained about you from public sources and our own suppliers such as credit referencing agencies.
We will only collect the information needed so that it can provide you with marketing and consulting services, we do not sell or broker your data, although coincidentally there may be times when your information could be contained in data that SUNSET GARDENS has purchased from a third-party list broker, on behalf of a client.
Legal basis for processing any personal data

SUNSET GARDENS may on occasions pass your Personal Information to third parties exclusively to process work on its behalf. SUNSET GARDENS requires these parties to agree to process this information based on our instructions and requirements consistent with this Privacy Notice and GDPR.
We do not broker or pass on information gained from your engagement with us without your consent. However, we may disclose your Personal Information to meet legal obligations, regulations or valid governmental request. We may also enforce our Terms and Conditions, including investigating potential violations of our Terms and Conditions to detect, prevent or mitigate fraud or security or technical issues; or to protect against imminent harm to the rights, property or safety of SUNSET GARDENS, our clients and/or the wider community.
We will process personal data during the duration of any contract and will continue to store only the personal data needed for five years after the contract has expired to meet any legal obligations. After five years any personal data not needed will be deleted.
Data is held in the USA and Cyprus. SUNSET GARDENS does not store personal data outside these areas.

SUNSET GARDENS will accept the following forms of ID when information on your personal data is requested: a copy of your national ID card, driving license, passport, birth certificate and a utility bill not older than three months. A minimum of one piece of photographic ID listed above and a supporting document is required. If SUNSET GARDENS is dissatisfied with the quality, further information may be sought before personal data can be released.

Bills must be settled in full 7 days prior to arrival. In case the date of the reservation is less than 7 days prior to arrival, the bill must be settled on the reservation date. We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, JCC link payments and bank transfers. No settlement of bills is allowed upon arrival or post arrival.
100% free cancelation for cancelations more than 7 days before check in date. For cancelations less than 7 days before check in date, the guest will be charged for the entire length of stay.
Check-in time is at 3.00 pm; Guests must be at least 18 years of age to check in at Sunset Gardens. In the interests of security and to prevent fraud, guests are required to confirm their identity by providing their valid government issued photo identification (Passport and/or Identification Card (IC)) at check-in.
Check out time is at 11:00 PM; please inform the Reservations Officer if you wish to retain your room beyond this time. For any late check-out requests up until 14:00, no charges apply, however the extension will be given depending on the availability. Check outs between 14:00-18:00 will be charged 50% of the daily rate. Check-outs past 6:00PM will be subject to a full-day’s rate. On failure of the guest to vacate the room on expiry or period the management shall have the right to remove the guest and his/her belongings from the room occupied by the Guest.
Between 11 PM (23:00 hours) and 6 AM (6:00 hours) there is a time of night rest, calm and quiet in the gated residential. We kindly ask all guests to respect it. Behaviours that lead to disturbing other guests and residents during night rest are strictly forbidden. That includes loud TV or music listening, loud discussion in the rooms or in the corridors and other disturbing manners. In case of serious violation of this rule, the SUNSET GARDENS may apply to the offender an amount of up to 300 EUR or, in necessary cases, call the police.
Storage space is not provided.
SUNSET GARDENS residences are 100% smoke-free, in all indoor areas. For safety and to assure that our residences are not exposed to items or actions that create an odor that is unhealthy and objectionable to our guests and staff, and that is difficult to remove from the air, carpet, walls, and furniture, we do not permit smoking tobacco, marijuana, illegal drugs, e-cigarettes, vape pens, vaping, cartridges containing the liquid of nicotine, hookahs, incense, cooking, cigars, candle burning, the use or diffusing of patchouli oil or other strong-smelling plant-based essential oils or synthetic products in our facility.
Guests are encouraged to notify immediately if they smell cigarette, marijuana, or other objectionable odors indoors. A minimum fee of 300€ will be charged for smoking of any kind on indoor property.
Candle, Incense, Essential oils: Candle, incense, and essential oils (diffusing, vaporizing, etc.) are prohibited. These items and activities will be treated as smoking, a fine assessed, and the guest may be evicted with no refunds.
Good manners and rules are being followed within the premises. In case of breaking these rules, you may be immediately removed from the premises. In such cases you are still obliged to pay for the accommodation and additional services ordered. You are not eligible to claim a refund for payments already made.
‘SUNSET GARDENS’ is not responsible for damage or disappearance of vehicles kept in the SUNSET GARDENS’ parking areas or valuables inside the vehicle. A specific parking spot will be indicated by the security guard to the guests upon arrival.
Residence occupancy requirements are based on fire code/fire safety restrictions. If you exceed the maximum number of guests allowed, you will be asked to rent another guestroom for proper accommodations or vacate the SUNSET GARDENS.
Visitors must notify the Reservations Officer upon their arrival. Visitors must be accompanied by the registered guest at all times. As a registered guest, you are responsible for your visitor at all times, and may be charged an Extra Person fee for guests on the property after 11:30PM.
Visitors over specified mentioned number with written approval provided by the management should pay a deposit fee.
Pets are not allowed.
You are liable for any damage howsoever caused (whether by deliberate, negligent, or reckless act) to the residence(s), SUNSET GARDENS’ premises or property caused by you or any person in your party, whether or not staying at the SUNSET GARDENS during your stay. SUNSET GARDEN reserves the right to retain your credit card and/or debit card details as presented at registration and charge or debit the credit/debit card such amounts as it shall, at its sole discretion, deem necessary to compensate or make good the cost or expenses incurred or suffered by SUNSET GARDENS as a result of the aforesaid. Should this damage come to light after the guest has departed, we reserve the right, and you hereby authorize us, to charge your credit or debit card for any damage incurred to your residence during your stay, including and without limitation for all property damage, missing or damaged items, smoking fee, cleaning fee, guest compensation, etc. We will make every effort to rectify any damage internally prior to contracting specialists to make the repairs, and therefore will make every effort to keep any costs that the guest would incur to a minimum.
Damage to residences, fixtures, furnishing and equipment including the removal of electronic equipment, towels, artwork, etc. will be charged at 150% of full and new replacement value plus any shipping and handling charges. Any damage to SUNSET GARDENS’ property, whether accidental or wilful, is the responsibility of the registered guest for each particular room. Any costs associated with repairs and/or replacement will be charged to the credit card of the registered guest. In extreme cases, criminal charges will be pursued.
Damage to mattresses and linen including towels, mattress pads, sheets, bedspreads, and blankets resulting from the use of body oils, make-up, shoe-polish, etc. will result in a charge at 150% of full and new replacement value plus any shipping and handling charges, for the special cleaning, repair or replacement of the damaged article.
Should any guests lose personal belongings while staying at the SUNSET GARDENS, if recovered, the item will be recorded as 'found'. SUNSET GARDENS keeps detailed records of all 'found' items, and will make a reasonable effort to contact the guest if an item is left in the SUNSET GARDEN’S residences after the guest has checked-out which will be placed in our Lost & Found storage room. We will ship items back at the owner's expense upon request. Any items, which are not claimed within ninety (90) days, will be donated to a local charity or discarded.
Guests are particularly requested to lock the door of their residences when going out or going to bed. SUNSET GARDENS will not in any way whatsoever be responsible for any loss / or damage to the Guest's belongings or any other property from either the residence or any other part of the SANSET GARDENS gated residential for any cause whatsoever including theft or pilferage.
Housekeeping is available between the hours of 9:00AM to 12:00PM, upon request. Residences are rented to guests in appropriate condition without any prohibited odor. Housekeeping staff is trained and skilled in identifying the odors from prohibited items. If our investigation concludes that you have smoked in your room or brought a prohibited item into our facility, fees will be assessed, and you may be evicted without any refund.
Your comfort is very important to us. For guests staying multiple nights, bed linen is changed once every 5 days if all personal items are removed from the bed and our housekeepers can access the walkways around the bed. Extra linen, bed sheets, pillows and quilt covers can be provided at an extra cost accordingly.
One-time access codes are issued to the registered guest(s) and unlock the physical keys, located in the security key box of the relevant booked residence. No access codes will be issued to youth under 18 at any time. Valid government issued photo identification (Passport or ID) is required if you have lost your access and require a duplicate, at a fee of EUR 300.00. Please return physical keys in the apartment’s security key box upon check-out.
